This can be best described as a response to Swift in what he previously wrote. It is told as an older man who is a doctor who then pays for a prostitute. But because of his age, he cannot do some of the things capable of arousing the woman. He then asks for his money back as a token of how he cannot perform, but blames it all on the prostitute. It is clear that Montagu is making fun of Swift as a writer. Some of the lines in this are important including "I'll so describe your dressing room The very Irish shall not come." This references the fact the actions of the prostitute and in women alone, make Swift wanting to write about them in this way.
