Her obituary can be viewed as a women's liberationist of the 1970's or a feminist of the recent times. She left a legacy after she died on access to education, superstition, and tolerance. She was able to take advantage of opportiunities that were in front of her. Her principles are still needed even though there is still fallout in some of those ideas.
